Terms of use
These cover holding an account here. What is done with your data is a separate question, answered on What we keep, and that is not something you agree to — it is what we are bound to.
Version 2026-08-29, in force from 29 August 2026. Your account records which version you agreed to, and you can read it on your account page.
Who runs this
Az Gazzola, sole trader, of Suite 4034, Shop 7, 290-306 Anakie Rd, Norlane VIC 3214, Australia. Questions to support@vids.tube.
This service is offered in Australia. It is not aimed at Europe or the United Kingdom. You must be 18 or over to hold an account.
Chatting without an account
You do not need an account to take part. Chatting on a broadcast makes you a creature and a record, both explained on the privacy page. Typing !stop in the chat ends the collection and takes you off every surface, and typing !start puts it back.
That is not deletion, and no chat command is. To have everything deleted, take a code from the deletion page and post it from the YouTube channel you chatted with.
Without an account you appear on the board of a broadcast you took part in while your name lasts, and nowhere else. Your totals are shown to nobody.
What an account changes
An account makes you a member. Your level, XP, credits, messages, broadcasts attended and streaks are shown on your page and beside your name on the communities you chat in.
There is no setting to hide them. A scored community is what this service is, and a leaderboard with hidden entries is not a leaderboard. What you do control is the name and picture they appear under: both are yours to set and change whenever you like, including after linking a YouTube account, which copies those across rather than fixing them.
Typing !stop stops anything further being collected, and your figures freeze where they are. They do not come down. Publishing them is part of what you signed up for, and leaving that is deleting the account.
If that is not a trade you want, you can chat without an account, or stop entirely.
Credits and in-game currency
Credits, points, levels and anything else earned here are not property. They carry no cash value, cannot be sold, exchanged or redeemed for money, and are not transferable between accounts.
They may be changed, rebalanced or withdrawn as the game changes. Where a change removes something people have earned, it is announced rather than done quietly.
Behaving in chat
Do not harass anyone, post unlawful content, impersonate another person, or use commands to flood or disrupt a broadcast. Do not attempt to reach data belonging to anyone else.
Messages can be removed and accounts or channels can be banned, at the streamer's discretion or ours, with or without warning where the conduct warrants it.
A ban stops participation. It removes you from the rosters and stops anything further being scored. It does not delete your creature or your collection, and it does not take your credits: a ban is not a punishment we execute on your data. If you want that deleted too, the routes are the same ones anybody else has: the danger zone on your account page, or a code from the deletion page.
Ending an account
Delete everything from your account page. Being signed in is proof enough, so there is no code and nothing to post anywhere. It removes your account, your page, your creature, your collection, your credits, your totals, your messages and every record keyed to you.
Everything is hidden straight away and deleted seven days later. You can cancel from the same page at any point inside those seven days. After that it cannot be undone.
One thing survives, and it is said plainly rather than found out later. The recording of a broadcast is not edited, so if you appeared on the overlay during one, you are in that footage. Everything else, including messages you typed in the room, goes with the rest at seven days.
Prints
Prints are ordered on eco3d.shop under its own terms, which cover delivery, faults and cancellation. Those terms govern an order, not these.
What this service promises
It is offered as it is. Broadcasts, features and the game may change or stop. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
Changes to these terms
The date above is the date this version took effect. A change that affects what is published about existing members is notified before it takes effect rather than after.
